SLC treks with KarmaQuest Ecotourism & Adventure Travel

Members of the Snow Leopard Conservancy team had the opportunity to experience this special winter snow leopard tracking trip to Ladakh, India in January 2023. The snow leopard’s winter mating season offers the best chance of seeing this elusive creature in the wild. During their trek, they spotted 8 snow leopards, including an older male, young solitary cats, a mating pair, and a mother with two yearling cubs.
