Gopal Bahadur Bom

Gopal coordinates the Junior Ranger Program in ten schools in Nepal’s Mugu District. Gopal has thirteen years’ experience in the fields of education, management, human rights and social service. He taught high school in rural west Nepal before becoming founding chairman of the Rural Community Development Center. Along with his responsibilities for the Junior Rangers, Gopal also leads RCDC’s efforts in biodiversity and environmental conservation, social mobilization, community forest management and micro industries development projects.
