Place Settings
We at the Snow Leopard Conservancy hope you like these plates, cups, napkins and forks. They may not be as pretty as the animal print partyware available elsewhere, but they are very Earth (and people) friendly.
The party plates are made from sugar cane fiber that is:
- biodegradable
- compostable
- 100% recyclable
- Microwave & freezer safe
- Leak & cut resistant
- Oil resistant
- Impermeable and non-toxic
- Wood fiber free
The party cups are for cold drinks only and should be stored below 105° F. They are made from corn grown in the USA and are compostable and environmentally sustainable. The “spudware” forks are made from 80% potato or corn starch and 20% soy or other vegetable oils. Like the party plates, they are biodegradable. Unlike the party cups, they are heat tolerant, durable and reusable.
The “Seventh Generation” napkins are made from 100% recycled paper. They are hypo allergenic and whitened without dyes or clorine bleach.
